How would I identify if a 2000-2005 Honda Civic Type-S has VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist)?

I can't be specific to the model, but on the CRV it has a switch - it defaults to 'on' but can be switched off. No switch, no VSA.

If you spin the wheels (easy in the wet tonight) the VSA light on the dash will flash, if applicable.
