What are your local reservoirs like?

I can still remember the hundreds of tankers emptying into the reservoir on the M62 - a decade plus ago.

I think we have water piped down to our part of Yorkshire from Northumberland now - also limescale in taps, that we never had before with our soft, brown peat water off the Pennine moors.

Tough though to be in the North West if you`re a keen gardener.

What`s it like down South?
