Hello,

My father has a C4 which on the whole he has been very pleased with. It does have one fault however that once every year or so the drivers side door handle breaks. Just wondered if any other people had suffered from this?.

Never had a Citroen but fwiw on the k11 Micra my driver's door handle broke twice in 3 years, quite easy to replace once you know the trick to it!

My son broke the passenger door handle on his 1998 Citroen Xsara - flimsy plastic and the the frequent lack of the delicate touch in large young men don't mix. perhaps they are still using this part.

Thanks for the replies. My father is a pretty careful owner so i suspect it is just bad luck on his part and perhaps a bit of flimsy construction. I used to have Citroen s until i grew tired of them falling to pieces!
