Mercedes 2006 A200 Turbo - Blower resistors - sklatyenom

The blower only works on full speed wihich led me to believe the resistor pack is faulty. Please can you tell me where is the resistors located?

I'm trying a save more than a few quid when I found out the local MB service quoted me over £300 to replace it.

Mercedes 2006 A200 Turbo - Blower resistors - elekie&a/c doctor

On the previous model A -class,the fan speed resistor is located on the drivers side ,very low down ,by the clutch pedal footrest in the side of the heater box.Not sure if this will be the same on this later model.hth
