Land Rover Defender - Rover 416 not starting post rocker cover gasket - danieleonharper

hi

changed rocker cover (valve) gasket on my rover 416 sli, disconnected battery to do it and spark leads

now won't start, just clicking noises

immobiliser lights off so not that!

help!

It sounds like a flat Battery ! Solinoid clicking in but not enough power in battery to turn the Starter Motor. Check how clean and how tight your battery terrminals are,and if they are OK, put the battery on charge and try again.
