Bikers in Paradise is Back!
Paradise Wildlife Park is gearing up to host the second annual 'Bikers in Paradise' Show on Sunday 18th April 2010. The event has already become a key date in the biking calendar with its unique family atmosphere. There are a number of new attractions for 2010 including Segway trials, road safety demonstrations, more stalls with spare parts and equipment and in the main arena stunt riders, motorcycle skills tests, Segway trials, music from Ricky Carusso plus performances from the Shaolin Monks and Mayhem Theatre Arts.
Bikers will be in heaven with the hundreds of bikes on display, the riding competitions and displays, the National Speedway Museum, the opportunity to try a 'wheelie' machine and Segway racing. There will also be celebrity guests and some exciting and unique entertainment.
Bikers in Paradise has something for the whole family with Paradise Wildlife Park's outstanding collection of big cats including tigers, cheetahs, lions, jaguars, and snow leopards and it's many other great attractions.
Simon Hoggett of Hertfordshire County Council told us "Last year everyone had a great time and we are building on that success. It is a really good day out for bikers and their families".
Rachel Markwick who lives locally said "I thought it was a brilliant day, with hundreds of bikes to admire and loads of entertainment. I met Eddie Kidd and Gillian Taylforth, and danced to Modern Romance".
Tickets are £9.50 in advance from www.pwpark.com (or call 01992 470490) with a concession price of £6.00 for children and pensioners. Prices at the gate will be £16.00 and £11.00.
