Ford Focus II - spark plugs rusting in - drogers

I have got a 1.8petrol mark 2 focus old shape of mark two (january 2008)

can anyone say when the mod came in on stopping water out of washer jet pipes rusting the spark plugs in , or what the mod looks like

I see traces of water under the bonnet and wondered if my car is pre or post the mod made by ford

I know that using copper grease can help. There probably is a modification: you can probably get it from a ford dealer or motor factor. I have heard of this problem on Ka's, and is a problem!
