please can you tell me where is the fuel additive reservoir tank for Eolys fluid is situated as i need to top up first time on many thanks

I suspect that it will be like the Peugeots, in which case it is in a seperate tank located at the N/S/F of the main fuel tank under a plastic cover. Be aware that the ECU "counts down" the ammount of fluid that is in the tank, so the "counters" will have to be reset once the tank is refilled. (This can only be done with a diagnostic tool.) The 3 litre kit, is cheeper than buying it in litre bottles.

The tank is visable from underneath, just in front of the nearside rear wheel.
There is an access plug about 3/4 the way up the rear side of the tank which has 2 white tabs. If you depress these with your fingers it pulls out & allows you to get a pipe in to fill the tank.
I used to have the same model as you but 02.
After filling you will still get the alarm message on the dash but the system still pumps the Eolys, and this stayed the same on my car until I sold it 1 year later.
If you want to get rid of the alarm message you will have to get it reset with the diagnostics.
