Hi all,
I was listening to a local radio station this week and they had a quiz on. One of the questions was : what is the only car in the country that doesn't need to display registration plates ?
They did announce the answer later in the day but i missed it !
Anyone know as i haven't a clue !

She generally travels with a motorcycle cavalcade and armed escorts. And the the police come and tape up all the drain covers the day before. So if she cuts you up on a roundabout you'll know who done it.

Thanks Chris. My brother reckoned it's the Queen and i tended to agree. The only problem is that we rarely see her car in the Rhondda so there was no way that we could check it out ! Also, the only cars that we see driving around with no number plates on them tend to be stolen and driven by dimwits.
Regards,
Ash.

Yes, it's the Queens personal car. As Chris says though, the motorcyle escorts give it away!

And as HM thinks the world smells of fresh paint how about the guy running ahead with the paint brush, allegedly.

She overtook me once, whilst I was cycling down George Street in Edinburgh. Priceless expression as she surveyed the long haired student oik teetering around the road three feet from her window.

As I have mentioned in another thread, I have seen several drivers recently who think that they are driving the Queen's car.
Obviously "upwardly mobile".

Her we go not those BMW drivers again!

Does the abscence of number plates & presumably tax disc also mean that HM is a member of our "wonderful" community of travellers and gippos?
