Can you please recommend the best wheel size and tyres for this car. I'm looking for good roadholding

It's hard to say without knowing what you had in the first place! All I can say at the moment is that if roadholding is your top priority, this comes at the expense of ride quality. If you specify what you had I will advise. If you don't have the exact dimensions of what you had I cannot give you the best advice as what I suggest might affect your acceleration and ride height.
