00 1.1 how to remove side light bulb? - astraman1999
hi folks

just noticed my passenger side side light has gone, looked under the bonnet and just cant see how to change it. behind where the side light is there is a black box fitted to the back of the headlight with a wire going in, this seems to turn 90 degrees but wont come out. is it just a case of pulling this really hard until it comes out or will i break something doing that, any help would really be appreciated

Be carefull here,the part you have pulled out is the headlight adjust motor.If you pull too hard it will become disconnected from the adjuster mech and will be a real pain to re-fit.Put it back in slowly.Access to the bulb is via a round plastic cap that unlocks with a 90 deg movement.hth
