The real challenge is to work out what does the overtaking I think!

That speedo was in Km/h, so more like 100mph, rather than the claimed 160.
Even so, that passing car (assuming it's not doctored footage...) must have been doing at least 150+.

Yep, must be an Autobahn - was it an M3 that went past maybe?
I've driven to Munich a number of times, and the speed some cars do on the Autobahn is scary. Was quite an eye-opener to be doing 130 (135 indicated) mph and have to keep right to let the fast stuff through.

Looked like a front-engined "GT" - i.e. Corvette, DB9 etc. rather than a mid-engined "Lambo" type......
You get a fairly good look at the front of it in the side rearview mirror - though I haven't got around to enlarging it and viewing it s--l--o--w--l--y.... ;-)

It's an Audi - if you pause it in the rear view mirror you can see the DRLs.
Don't know which one though.

I reckon it was a Corvette having paused it at the right moment. You actually see it flashing its lights if you look in the door mirror of the film car! All good fun.

I did think Ferrai GT but I think the number plate is a bit high for one of them and the way the back window is very shallow meeting a high tail does look like a 'Vette.

I thought it was a bit 'Vette' like. The sound is also a large V8 or similar isn't it?

The shape said Aston Martin to me, but so briefly I couldn't be sure. That could easily be a V8. Certainly going at a decent lick even if the camera car was only doing 93.

It looks like corvette to me too.
That is traveling seriously fast. It appears in the mirror about 20 metres away, and is 20 mters past in a second.
Thats makes it about 140kmh, past us, and we are traveling at 160kmh, makes it about 300kmh. 180mph.
