Like most cars these days, my 2005 3.0L X-Type has sealed for life ATF. It has now done 55000 miles and I reckon that ATF oil is now past its best. Has anyone changed the transmission oil on an auto X-Type here?

Might be best to leave it alone if it's working fine.
