i have jacked up the car, took off the four nuts but the wheel wont come off? need to put on the spare.

I presume this is an alloy wheel as these are prone to sticking to the hub and can be a pain to free. You really need the car supported on an axle stand for security as a lot of pushing, pulling, kicking or thumping with a mallet may be necessary to free it.

Are you a member of the AA or RAC as they would come out and change it for you ?

Ive a 2000 megane, i cnt take either front tyres off.. has anyone come up with a suggestion..

You need to give it a few good whacks with a mallet, preferably a copper faced one to avoid damage to the wheel/tyre. Then make sure you smear some copper grease onto the hub face before you put the wheel back on, to stop it corroding to the hub again. If it still won't come off, you'll have to go to a garage or tyre fitters.

If you're feeling really brave, you could loosen all the wheel nuts/bolts a couple of turns on the wheel affected, accelerate hard in first gear for a few yards ONLY and then stand on the brakes as hard as you can.

If that doesn't work, you can throw it hard into a corner each way, left and right.
