Less than 4 yr old, 53,000 mile on the clock, recently got error message "insufficient coolant". VW garage (which has always maintained it) advised oil cooler and camshaft needs replacing, £2,500 bill! Considering age & miles, does this seem strange to anyone else? I know very little about cars, however considering warranty is 3 yrs or 60,000 miles, surely these parts are designed to last longer than this? Thanks for your help
{if it's less than 4 yrs old, guessing 2006 for the year then? Got to be closer than 20 which is what it was previously - if incorrect, then please post correct year - DD}
