rot hole near brake servo...mot fail right? - steveo3002

just been having a look around a friends s reg corsa , the brake servo is mounted up near the rain tray ...it looks like leaves have been left to rot and caused a rust hole infornt of the servo

id be pretty sure its a mot fail..and prob shouldve failed on it last time

am i right..failor not ?
