Open up a Windows page>right click on the Toolbar>check Standard Buttons is Enabled>then Customise.
Drag and drop the Cut and Paste icons from the left to the right hand side of the panel.
Not quite remember offhand if you need to first uncheck Lock the Toolbars and then recheck it after making changes, but I would suspect so.

Should read "Add" rather than Drag and Drop the Cut and Paste..."

Sorry, Stuartli, that doesn't work for me. When I right click on the toolbar I don't get 'Standard Buttons is Enabled', nor does a panel open after Customize.
