vectra inlet manifold switch over valve not operating which is causing poor performance disconnecting solenoid switch over valve multi plug and connecting jump wire between multi plug and solenoid and the other wire from solenoid to ground valve operates would this be a wiring problem or switched earth any feed back greatly accepted reguards paul
