Hi, my 3.2 monterey starts revs with no problem. however when you try to accelerate
hard it cuts out as though the fuel or electrics have failed. can anyone out there throw some light on this? frustrated jonny96

is the EML light on? any fault codes?
Fuel starvation could be blocked fuel filter

Hi. replaced fuel filter today, no difference. it feels as though it is trying to change gear, that short pause that you get when it changes up or down.
