hi,this stilo is driving me mad!..diagnosis..needs new high pressure fuel pump..bought one same problem.no fuel coming out of pump.ihad old pump off car,spun the pump sprocket,a jet of fuel came out.the replacement one done the same.but, fit it to the car,nothing..not even a drip comes out..took off fuel feed hose from filter to pump ,switched on ign,a fountain of fuel comes out.so fuel is going into pump but why is it not coming out....does anyone have a clue ?..cause i don.t.

Is it an immobiliser function whereby the pump has to be coded to the car? HDi's are like that as far as I know so I would guess it's common practice.
