I was writing this from memory, it seems that there should be 18 cards, note the Skoda and the MG on the same line.
I guess then, that the Maserati Coupe and Spider, Ferrari and Noble are the rare cards.
Reading the rules (at last!) it seems there is only 1 rare card, and if that isn't found and claimed, the promotion becomes a lucky dip.
