Der bolt in mein Mauser K98k rifle has seized up because it's got der wrong grease on it. I'll strap it to the exhaust of mein Horch staff car to warm it up.

Copy of Mauser Karabiner 98 Kurz rifle made by BMW in Italy.

1. Unlock the bolt.
2. Place the cartridge in the breech.
3. Push the bolt forward and then rotate it to the right.
4. Pull the trigger.
After the problem was discovered, the working clearances of the bolt were increased to prevent seizures in cold weather.

`Its all in hand really - between the (mentioned) finger and the other thumbnail - In fact Tom Thumb would just about be able to get a handle on it - or even a `?` - perhaps.`

OK - here`s the end. ;)
Its a Fiat Punto heater control switch (minus knob) being held between finger and thumb - in front of a picture taken in the Albert - 1st World War Museum - in France.
