Apparently you have to arrange your own insurance and the mileage limit is 200 miles.

Any company car driver can get pretty well any car they want for a few days with no insurance hassle and no mileage limits.

Terms and conditions are interesting - the first 3 are:

1. At participating Lexus Centres only.
2. For qualifying individuals only. Lexus Centre discretion to determine eligibility.
3. Subject to availability.
Well, that's them off the hook.

But the one that really gets me is number 20.
20. Test drive mileage limit of 200 miles.

(My nearest Lexus Centre is, wait for it, ...



198 miles away.)
