The remote locking on my Focus is very intermittent, sometimes it can work from 30 metres, other times it wont work until i've pressed the button 5 or so times. Could this be the battery, if so which way is the cheapest to replace the battery?

I've just had the same problem and replaced the battery which was a CR2032 and cost £2.93 in Boots - but check the handbook in case it's different
