Is there anything for, or against, putting (central heating) inhibitor in car cooling systems (of various ages)? This a result of the CH "sludge" thread.

Generally, good quality car antifreeze coolants compositions should include corrosion inhibitors.

No need. Corrosion inhibition is a key function of anti freeze. It may even react unfavourably with another addition.
