08 "S" model - where does it fit in spec wise ? - imb
Looking to buy an 08 Nissan Note. The model is advertised as an 'S'. Having looked at several websites the Note model range runs in parallel with rest of Nissan range ie Visia, Acenta etc. Does anyone know when Nissan made this change and did they update the spec of the cars? Is it likely an 08 'S' model may actually be a lot older but had been sitting around unregistered?

Available since early 2006

BASIC S EQUIPMENT AND TRIM:

Digital trip meter, headlamp leveller, Anthracite ?S? trim, centre console storage areas, 9 litre glovebox, front passenger seatback pocket, 3 rear head restrains, 40/60 split sliding rear seat, folding front passenger seat, 4 airbags (driver, passenger and side), passenger airbag cut-off switch, ABS with EBD and brake assist, halogen headlights with reminder chime, child-proof door locks, ISOFIX child seat anchorage points, immobiliser with ECCS and VBS, central locking with superlocks, remote keyless entry with anti-hijack feature, 15? steel wheels with wheel covers, 185/65 R15 tyres, black door handles and mirrors, black side mouldings, body coloured bumpers with black mouldings, two coat high gloss front grille, single CD radio with 4 speakers

Nissan Note S + SE etc replaced mid 2007 with Acenta, Tekna etc names.

Although reg 08 the car will have been built early 2007 or even before that!
Might have been siitiing in a field for a time.

Note & Micra production is to be discontinued @ Sunderland in the near future
