With a 1.6Hdi 110hp, if the turbo pressure was boosted by altering the actuator push rod. Would the ECU system see the extra boost and increase the fueling, increasing the power.
As you could do on the mechanical pumps and turbos of such as the 306 Pugs and ZX Citroens.
