Pleiades issue 3 Subaru Uk plans more in 2008 - ukjazz
Those of you who read the Subaru MD comments - 2008 new models inc Diesel Saloon New Forester nw Impreza WRX Sti but we have more to come....

Anyone care to speculate on what these may include ?
or better still comment on what Subaru Uk should be doing this year?
Already known Impreza Diesel, Forester Diesel new body/style Legacy for 2009 + a 7 seater version code name EXIGA you can see this on Subaru Japan

Here is are acouple of suggestions, please feel free to add more

Delete the Tribeca range,
Delete the saloon legacy
or just have the leagcy in saloon and the estate as Outback - as Subaru have done in USA
Launch all petrol models with lpg conversion in the dealer price on road, the 220 co2 has killed sales in UK only 187 vehicles sold in July.

Anyone want the BAJA version pickup Outback

any other suggestions?

I agree an auto box, but what I'd really like to see is a 3 litre 6 cylinder boxer diesel. Now that in a Legacy would tempt me away from my 330d.

Auto Diesel Subaru Mmmmm
I agree that would potentially a great car, however Subaru reckon they want us to wait to 2009/2010 before they match the Diesel torque to an auto box - strange they have a 3.0 B spec engine [245hp]with an Auto as well as the Legacy estate in Sti guise in Japan producing 320 bhp + with a 5 speed auto.

Fix the raucous engine and transmission whine on the Justy.

I had one as a courtesy car last week and it was a super little car spoiled by an engine that sounded like the big ends had gone and a straight cut gearbox.

Agreed the Justy is another clone of a Suzuki , so why bother with the premium for IM?
