Be interesting to know the excact details of what they check for - I think most people assume that if the camera flashes then they've got you bang to rights.

If anyone had to pay extra insurance costs or lost thier job over this (12 points is a ban) then they should consider taking legal action against the individual and the force.

they should get sacked for parking in dangerous positions too there are lots of them that park forcing pedestrians to walk out into a busy road to get past cos they block the footpath
As far as I know they have no right to do this. Take a photograph of the vehicle and occupant, tell them what you've done, and trot down for a chat with your local plice, with your snaps.

Interesting that the CPS say there was not enough evidence to prosecute him even though he'd on many occasions signed legal documents stating the cameras were correctly calibrated when they definitely weren't.
The authorities rightly throw the book at drivers who deliberately mislead the courts when they fight their speed camera offences, so why wasn't he charged with multiple counts of perverting the course of justice?

Strange is it not these so called Motoring Organisations that are supposed to be looking after our interests do not bring a private prosecution against this deceiptful person /SCP for fraud, perjury etc etc.
Until such time as they do then letting them off the hook will continue.
