click on the image for a readable size, if you look at the diagram number 7 is the special tool you need for turning the tensioner, you can probably either fabricate something similer, or maybe a tool for remive angle grinder blades will suffice
book time for the headgasket is 5.5 hours so shouldn't e to bad really.
