1994 1100cc Part number help please? - Petel
Good afternoon all.

Have just been on the phone to my nearest Subaru dealer ( 27 miles away ) re price and availability of the sump gasket and oil filter unit used on the automatic gearbox of the ECVT model of the above car.

Dealer came back with part number for the gasket, 411605600 but claimed that there is no oil filter unit on his microfiche.

Vehilcle is a 1994 on an L plate but I do not have the VIN at this time.

If anyone out there has an IPC/EPC covering the Justy who could check and confirm the part number of the oil filter unit for me, it would be much appreciated.

Petel, you obviously don't have the V5 - with the VIN number on it, but it must be on the car itself somewhere! Based the age of your car I would say it is probably on a long narrow metal plate, rivetted or screwed onto the chassis/bodywork, somewhere in the engine bay. Hope this helps!

Have just been on the phone to another Subaru dealer ( twice as far away as the first ) with the same question. Partsman tried to be helpful and I now have a part number for the filter unit mentioned.

Unfortunately, despite much prompting, from his description of the item I beleive that he was not looking at the correct gearbox. I suspect therefore, that both part numbers I have been given are for the wrong items.

Could I please ask again, if anyone out there has, or has access to, a parts IPC/EPC covering the Subaru Justy, who could confirm these part numbers for me?

Assistance would be much appreciated, Thank you.
