I got a penalty charge notice stating parking in park or unloading/loading in a restricted street where waiting / loading / unloading restriction are in force.
Date of notice : 01/02/08
Penalty charge £50 if paid within 14 days otherwise £100.
what background can i appeal to cancel penalty charge notice
