Hello All,
Anyone got any tips for getting radio codes? (ie not paying Citroen Dealer £25!)
Disconnected the battery whilst welding at the weekend and can't find the code anywhere.
Must be a cheap or even free way of getting the code for your own stereo!???
Thanks

I wanted the codes for my Xantia, radio, key and security code.
Dealer 1 wanted £15 each for them.
Dealer 2 wanted personal visit with V5(fair enough) and £15 for the three.
Was passing dealer 2 en-route to shopping and took V5 with me on the off-chance.
It was Saturday. Radio code was just read off the computer, other 2 numbers would have to wait until Monday. I was asked if I would be calling back in or could they give them to us over the phone. I said that phone was fine, did he want me to pay the £15 now?
Don't worry about it, he said. So I didn't. He also rang back as promised.
I would try another dealer, they obviously vary.
If you just need the radio code, I would also try a phone call. I obtained a Peugot radio code in this manner.

MJM,
Thanks for that, I'll try some other dealers.
