2nd 4th changing gear feels funny when car is movi - kromax

hi,

Got a strange problem with changing gear, it feels fine with the engine running when the car is not moving (change is notchy and changes easily) but with the car moving 2nd and 4th gear (nearest to the back) feel strange, the notchyness is gone and just feels wierd, althougth there is no cruching of gears.

gearbox oil was done at the last service.

any help appreciated
