1.4 automatic - any good - chewer1
I am keen on getting a nearly new polo 1.4 automatic as I like VW's and want a ''proper'' 4 speed auto.Can't find any reviews does anybody have any experience of this car please ?

This car uses the Jatco JF404E which is a small 4-speed electronically-controlled 'box. Jatco seem to be taking over the world as regards automatic transmissions - they are mostly very good. Its basically a baby version of the transmission found in the Nissan Note etc. I think if you want a small auto then its as good as anything and likely to be reliable.
