Centre Console - removing to replace broken light? - wannabemedic
I've got a Nissan Almera 1997 - the centre console has buttons including the hazard lights, but whilst driving at night I noticed the light behind the hazard lights button has burnt out.

I've located two screws half-way down the console, however, I'm not sure whether this is a good idea, i.e. worth it for the sake of a bulb.

Does anyone know if I'm likely to cause more issues if something falls out etc when I remove the centre console?

It looks like it'll unscrew and come away but on it is the radio, two vent fans, the buttons for fog lights and rear demist.

I really don't want to risk anything so if anyone can advise whether it's a simple process I'd be grateful, cheers.

I take it I should just leave it then ;)

There doesn't seem to be a lot of Almera experience on this site. I've got an N16 and I've found this quite useful:
