My 22 yo step son has just passed his driving test today. One of the 38% who get through first time in Chesterfield. He is now going for Pass Plus, a good thing I believe.
But does it really make a big difference to insurance premiums or do only some companies accept it.

My dad's an instructor and knows those who take the extra lessons make back the cost in reduced premiums. IIRC Pass Plus info tells you which insurers recognise it.

i was in chesterfield last week, how on earth someone can take a driving test in perpetual traffic jam beggars belief!

i was in chesterfield the other month and i found the town centre traffic free,could be down to pedestrianisation though ;-o
plus pass can only be a good thing i think
