Hi, can anybody tell me where the ECU for the C5 suspension is located and how much for a replacement unit.

I'm not certain about this, but I've a feeling it's integral with the electric pump (very expensive!) Are you sure that's your problem? Remember that ECUs in general are pretty reliable - it's usually peripheral sensors etc that play up. What's wrong with your suspension?

Yes, down by the front nose end of the car, driver's side (with pump I think). You don't want to play with these things. Makes the space shuttle look simple....

And another good reason is they cost about £850 (or so ive been told)

If the car is 5 years or younger then the suspension is still under warranty, when you have found the unit what are you going to do.The only way to find out whats wrong with the suspension is to take it to someone who knows and has the correct equipment changing units at £800 a piece willy nilly is not the way to go if you said what was wrong with the suspension people may be able to help..

Don't think the suspension has a 5 year warranty, Andy. Citroen make much of their '5 year maintenance free' slogan but I'm pretty sure the warranty just runs to 3 years. I know this has caused some consternation for some owners! Must check my warranty documents!

correct.....it needs no attention for 5 years or 125,000 miles. Warranty is 3 years / 60,000 miles

I stand corrected I have had 2 C5's and was always under the impression the suspension was covered for five years, not the case it seems.
