Moved from a diesel to an injection petrol model. Any tips on maintaining injection engines over carb ones?

Occasional dose of the appropriate Redex does it for me. And check the spark plugs occasionally to see if the mixture's consistent.

what about the occasional (Cat friendly dose) spot of paraffin(?)

haven't we decided that the principal ingredient in injector cleaner / petrol fuel system additives is kerosene?
