my suzuki alto was towed into a suzuki main dealer by the aa as a none starter(aa man said no fuel being delivered fuel pump working though)after 3 hours labour they said ecu was the problem.with them knowing about the car as a main dealer for suzuki and having all the latest diagnostic machines is this time excessive?

Hi Longhorn, I dont know what part of the country you are in, but here in Worcester where I have owned a couple of Suzuki's I have been ripped of badly by our local dealership, only though after it changed ownership, so I would say beware, treat anything they say with extreme caution, and if they do any repairs to your vehicle ask to see the part they replaced.

im very surprised the ecu has gonned
maybe a local independant garage can give a better diagnose
unless dealer has fried it already
