My 1995 BMW 3 series just dropped its rear view mirror this weekend. Luckily its still intact. However this mirror was glued to the windscreen and I have no clue as to re-fixing it. Will any commercial quality quick-stick glue (Loctite) work?

Take to your local auto glass and let them glue it (cash in hand) .They have the correct adhesives

You can buy the correct adhesive from Halfords. It works.

Rear view mirrors are things that BMW drivers haven't quite mastered their purpose.
Like indicators I suppose.
