Hi all,
Despite solving the problem with the air in the fuel line (replacement T-fitting on Fuel filter) I'm still getting air in fuel line (ran for 2 weeks ok). After dropping the car at the garage again they said that the turbo is starting to get noisy (when revving the car parked up). Given that there is still air in the fuel line which means less fuel getting to the engine, would this cause the Turbo to make the noise or is it something more sinister and expensive ?
By the way it runs on Biodiesel, not the homebrew crud but the proper stuff filtered etc...
what would the rough costs for a a new turbo or fuel pump be ?
any help would be a huge bonus...

I had similar problem with air in fuel line. Replacing the T-fitting did not stop the air. I changed to a different fuel filter, which didn't have a connection for T-fitting, threw the T-fitting away and joined the pipes together. No problem with air since then
