dot 4 brake fluid - John S
If it's DOT 4 then it will be ok. It's probably the case that all brake fluids can be deemed 'synthetic' (some special Citroen fluids excepted) in as much as they are not refined from mineral oils. The one not to mix with normal (DOT 3 or 4) fluid is DOT 5 silicone fluid.

dot 4 brake fluid - Cliff Pope
Everything is synthetic nowadays, including food. The days when you could just dig a hole in your back garden and ladle out gallons of pure natural brake fluid are long gone.
dot 4 brake fluid - 420 Turbo Diesel
DOT 3/4 will mix with any other DOT3 or 4,it is SILICONE that won't mix!
