Couple of questions for you to ponder..
Does a car pollen filter still work when my air-con is set to recycle? or does it work better when the recycle switch is set to off?
Basically what I want is the best setting as I suffer badly from hayfever this time of year and want the best setting I can get.
TIA

Depends on the car, Some filters are only on the fresh air inlet.

>>I know they are referrred to as pollen filters but I suspect they do not trap pollen.
They certainly stop leaves, insects etc.
If I am correct then the recycle should stop more pollen being added to the cabin.

Imagos, both of those cars (as with most) only filter fresh incoming air. But there isn't much need to filter air that's already been filtered anyway. The trouble is, I think you already have hayfever when you get in the car and are unlikely to cure it unless you spend hourse sealed in the car!
