SWMBO looked into converting her MINI, despite driving a bigger than average mileage she decided against it.

In a Mini,most of the car would be taken up with the tank;you can either have a tank that takes up a large part ot your luggage space or a circular one that fits in the wheel well and you do without a spare.

That was part of the reasoning, boot space wasn't much of an issue what was was the fear of a cack handed conversion, linked to the low return. She wasn't fused about the residual as she fully intends to keep this car for as long as it's viable. So far it's covered nearly 100k in five years...she won't be parted from it.
