You mean the ECU next to the pollen filter behind the bulkhead?
Thats the engine ECU.
Also make sure you keep the 2 x drain holes in the bulkhead chamber clear from rubbish, Rover 75s love to drown there ECUs when the drain holes block up & cause very expensive repair bills for owners.

As well as the drain hole on each side of the 75/ZT engine bay (top corners by the windscreen) make especially sure that the drain hole at the base of the ECU/pollen filter container is completely clear or the ECU takes a bath and so does your wallet.
A common design across several manufacturers-anfd a daft place to put electronic equipment.
