David - Surely *you're* not advertising? Only joking, the VCR is doing its stuff as I write, but thanks for the prompt for us all (well, those of us who can receive ITV) and I'll decide whether to watch the recording or not once all the gurus have made their report.

I'd love to watch it, but it clashes with the West Ham match on Sky, the wife's gone out and I can't work the video.

I've defended lots of TV recently but thought this a ten minute item padded out to an hour.

The chap who pretended to replace a valve on the XR3i when the spark plug was the cause of the misfire was a bit cheeky though.

Must admit the Greek hire car guy caused a belly laugh in our house.

Faced with every complaint it was "this eez *NO* problem"..."this eez *NO* problem"

until he got "we'd like our money back" when it changed to

"this *EEZ* a problem" Priceless

was the AA inspector on the hire cars being a bit harsh in determining what was classed as "dangerous" as opposed to needed fixing?
