Well, I'm all for good manners and etiquette in driving, and while the list is fine as far as it goes, it is hardly exhaustive.

The most curious thing about this page is that it is part of the site's "Past Etiquette" section. The "Etiquette for Today's Teen" section is rather different - and contains nothing about driving!

I have only ever been offended by live drivers. Corpses are unfailingly courteous.
