not quite like this but there is always the uk.rec.motorcycles news group. More biassed to idle banter though.
I've found make specidic sites interesting but tend to be dominated by contributions from USA esp California where the joys of winter riding and details of water proofs don't get much of an airing. Also they seem to have much more money than me to spend :-(

You could do worse than do some surfing around Yahoo categories.
