My 4+ year old 2.1TD has covered 25,000 miles, and is usually driven with the air-con "on" and the temperature set at 22 degrees. After about 10 miles of driving, the warm air flow turns cold and stays cold, unless the lever is moved to the "red". My Citroen dealer has looked at it twice and can find nothing wrong, implying I don't know how to use it. Any ideas please?

Same problem on my Pug.
I haven't investigated yet, but I have a nasty feeling that it is probably failure of the climate control sensor unit, and probably unfixable without taking the dash to pieces for megabucks of labour time.
